This Cookie Policy explains how Tuqui.store uses cookies and similar technologies. We aim to use as few as possible and rely primarily on cookies that are strictly necessary to run the Service. The one exception is our own marketing pages, which carry advertising cookies — described below, and never present on a creator's storefront.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. They let a site remember information between requests, such as whether you are signed in or which language you prefer.
Cookies we use
- Essential — authentication: keeps you securely signed in to your account. The Service cannot function without it.
- Essential — preferences: remembers your selected interface language (the PARAGLIDE_LOCALE cookie).
- Analytics: we measure storefront and page performance using privacy-friendly, first-party analytics.
- Marketing attribution (first-party): on our own pages, a cookie records which campaign or referrer brought you, so we can tell which advertising is worth paying for. It holds no personal data — only values taken from the URL you arrived on — and expires after 90 days.
- Advertising (third-party): our own marketing pages load the Meta and TikTok advertising pixels, which set third-party cookies used to measure our ad campaigns and to build advertising audiences. These load only on our pages. They are never present on a creator's storefront, so visiting somebody's storefront does not expose that visitor to them.
What we do not use
Advertising cookies are confined to our own marketing pages. Public storefronts carry no advertising pixel and load self-hosted fonts, so simply viewing a creator's storefront sets no third-party cookies through us. That stays true when a creator adds a video: the thumbnail is served from our own storage, and YouTube is contacted only if a visitor presses play. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we do not load the advertising pixels at all.
Managing cookies
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and browser-level opt-out signals (Global Privacy Control, Do Not Track) suppress our advertising pixels. Blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in and using core features. Note that some payment or security cookies may be set by Stripe or by MercadoPago during checkout, under that processor’s own policies.
